I’ve loved all your podcasts and learned a lot. However, I can learn about trends elsewhere, and they don’t have that much to do with my work. I choose colors that fit the space and the clients’ needs, I don’t get too concerned about what’s trendy. So when you guys decided to discontinue the freebies, I was disappointed not so much because I’d have to pay, but because trends aren’t what I want to hear you all talk about. I’d pay for other info like your previous podcasts where you delve deeper into all sorts of fascinating color issues, but can’t get excited about regional trends. I hope you guys will reconsider what you’re doing and offer other stuff. Thanks for all I’ve learned from you and the other ladies so far.
The good news, Diane, is that Kelly, Rachel and I are still recording the ColorPodz podcasts. ColorPodz are free podcasts on my blog Color Budz and you can also find them on iTunes.
We are planning more ColorPodz for 2012. Stay tuned to Color Budz for new podcast postings.
We love doing the research and preparing for the podcasts and the actual discussions are enriching for us too — so we definitely want to continue doing them in addition to the trend reports for Color Outlook.
Thanks for your comments!
